So...about our goals...
Last week's goals were underwhelming to say the least, but they gave us the drive to be active each day. After figuring out that we both exercise differently, we have think we may have a more reasonable workout routine. Since Jesse came from the ML360 plan and having most of the day free, it makes sense for him to do a more rigorous workout during the day plus a more moderate workout in the evening with Hope.
With this is place we have:
Sunday- Rock Climbing
Monday-Both did Ab Ripper X
Tuesday- We both did a 2.38 mile walk around town. Hope did a 10 min arm workout.
Wednesday- Jesse did a 30 min kettlebell workout during the day. We both did 30 mins of zumba and a 15 min kettlebell workout
For the rest of the week we have planned:
Thursday- Jesse is going to run and do P90X chest and back. Hope has stupid commitments to do and will be home late, but will push to do as many pull-ups as possible/ hang for a bit to gain strength.
Friday-Jesse will do a 40 min kettlebell workout. Our evening workout will be a 30 min plyometric workout.
Saturday- Hike Dragon's Tooth because the weather will be amazing!
Sunday- Rock Climbing
